Every summer I switch from a powder to a cream-based blush. I find that the texture works well with the elements (hello heat and humidity!). I was on the hunt for a new cream blush when Tarte’s True Blood Limited-Edition Cheek Stain ($30; sephora.com) hit my desk.

If you’re like me, traveling out of town means packing up all your beauty products because you never trust hotel toiletries. They often make my skin feel dry, and forget about what they do to my hair! Well now I’m happy to report that if you’re heading to one of the 300 Hilton Hotels & Resorts this summer that will feature Peter Thomas Roth products you can pack a lighter load. Peter Thomas Roth is a high-end clinical skincare brand that created a bath collection called Mega-Rich for the hotel chain. The line includes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, facial bar and a massaging body bar. All the products are infused with vitamins C and E to ensure smooth hair and healthy looking skin.

Desperation Dinners: Skillet Lasagna

When I saw Alma's post for skillet lasagna over on Take Back the Kitchen, I wanted to try it immediately. She's been generous enough to share the recipe with us below. — Kim Walker

 

I don't know about you, but up until this month I almost never ate lasagna in the hot weather because I didn't want to run the oven. It was a shame because lasagna is so easy and always delicious. Well,  I'm about to change your life! This easy skillet lasagna is quick, easy, delicious and only requires a stove top! It is also versatile, as you can add in cooked vegetables, make it vegetarian or extra meaty if you like. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
